Join the ANH Academy Week 2025 Team!

The Agriculture, Nutrition, and Health (ANH) Academy will host its 10 th annual ANH

Academy Week from 23 – 26 June 2025 at the Julius Nyerere International

Conference Centre (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This prestigious event, co-

hosted by Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), will feature interactive Learning

Labs, a Research Conference, and numerous networking opportunities.


To support this hybrid event, the Organizing Committee is seeking enthusiastic SUA

postgraduate students (MSc or PhD) to volunteer during the conference.


Key Responsibilities:

Volunteers will assist in various areas, including but not limited to:

 Front desk and registration support

 Monitoring breakout rooms (online and in-person)

 Timekeeping for presentations

 Supporting poster sessions and exhibitions

 Assisting with social media and communications

 Managing social events and other logistical tasks

Volunteers will receive guidance and training prior to the event.

 Networking with global researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.

 Practical experience in organizing a major international scientific conference.

 Recognition in the form of a certificate, website inclusion, and the official event

report.

 Free entry to the event, including meals, refreshments, and social activities.

 Transport and accommodation costs covered.
